Homid Form:  A young woman of some native heritage, Night Hawk's Homid nationality is not quite discernible, though there may be some Mediterranean as well as European blood mixed in. When in homid she is normally attired in simple pants and very oose fitting shirt. She also wears quite a few feather decorations. Nighthawk is missing 3 fingers on her left hand and has scars up the inside of her left arm.  These are battle scars received from silver shrapnel caused by a powerful Werewolf Hunter.

Crinos Form:

Lupus Form:  The form she is most often seen in, Cassie's wolf form is covered in heavy, shaggy black fur with large patches of white and grey mixed in.  Her right ear has a notch cut into it, a reminent of whe she was  of a "marked pack".  This is where her red ear tag was initally.  Now a days she can be seen with a new "ear tag" a tuft of feathers her 'cousin' gave her upon the completion of the Rite of Passage.

BACKGROUND:

Nighthawk was one of several Garou who battled against a powerful Werewolf Hunter.  She, along with East Wind from Gia's Will, Vanity from Luna's New Phase, Chris Smith from the Family, Seeker in Shadows from Thunder's Vanguard, and her packmate Reads Between the Lines attacked the hunter, who was trying to kill the aleady severly wounded Lays a Motherly Hand.  During the ensuing combat, several explosives containing silver shrapnel exploded upon all except Seeker in Shadows and Lays a Motherly hand.  All involved in that explosion have recived severe wounds from the encounter.  Nighthawk lost three fingers on her left claw/hand as well as some superficial scarring on the inside of her left arm due to the silver shards shooting out at her.  She has also received the Rite of Wounding upon her battle scar.

Night Hawk was challenged for Master of the Rite by Small Paws before the January Moot.  As he, at that time, succeeded in the challenge she gave him, he is now the Master of the Rite.  She is currently challenging her pack mate Yori for Caern Warder, it is unclear if she will win this position.
