Watcher reciently was expunged by Cocaroach and became Ronin.  However, recient intervention by his pack Theurge has resulted in Warder taking on a quest for Cocaroach.  If he succeeds, he will be allowed back into the Tribes fold.

Watcher chose to abandon not only his Pack, but his Tribe and Totem as well.  Little is known about what has happened to him other than he has left the city.
