BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Jeremiah has lived in Chicago his entire life, but has only been a Garou the past six years with a very late first change. He was raised by his
parents who were Kinfolk and knew of Garou society from a young age. Now he uses his network of influence to aid other Garou with legal problems and the occasional fake identity.
And yes, she does dye her hair an exorbatent amount.
NOTE: Due to his actions at the August Moot, Moves with the Times was "demoted' to the rank of Cub. His position as Master of the Howl was also
stripped from him due to his new rank.
Though there is no official evidence, Moves with the times, along with Creates for Justice are believed to possibly be members
of the Black Spiral Dancers. They went missing when they, along with Reveals the Madness (who is also believed to be one, though there is evidence to that effect) were to meet with the Elder Council and their
Pack Alpha. Seeker in Shadow spoke with Jerimiah briefly, promising to guard Lays a Motherly Hand with his life. Upon her death, Moves with the times arrived during the Cracking of the Bone at the
November Moot. Demanding Seeker's death. When it was denied to him he cursed the Sept Alpha and Beta as hypocriates and took his own life with a silver bullet to the skull.
