Homid:  Tall, lean, practically vibrating with energy, he is every inch the epitome of his tribe's heroes of old, a blatant blend of aristocratic and raw feral vitality (read: uber Pure Breed). He dresses in a comfortable mixture of flamboyance and high class, virtually never without a hat. Mildly farsighted, he wears glasses to correct his sight and carries an extra set in a case (always wise when given the Garou lifestyle). He sports a shiny torc bracelet for aid in reaching the umbra, a small clock on a cord around his neck, and typically another necklace displaying his affiliation with his new totem, Owl. He carries an ancient-looking dark hardwood staff decorated at the top with strips of leather and bells.

Crinos: Tall, regal, silver-gray with ice blue eyes, he retains both bracelet and necklaces and his glasses. An odd, thin shock of fur on the right side of his head stands out against the silver-gray by being a deep royal purple. There are a handful of scars noticeable on his form, including the scarred glyphs for Honor on his right shoulder, Philodox over his left shoulder blade, and his House over his heart.

Lupus: Bracelet and necklaces are gone, melted into his fur as darker patches, and he wears a faint mask of gray around his eyes where his glasses have gone. He is a solid silver-gray wolf, except for that patch of purple, the epitome of the alpha wolf.

BACKGROUND INFO:

Time in Chicago: At most a year

Julian is a relatively recent import. Most will probably have heard how his House has fallen, and if they've met him they know that he stands by his heritage and seeks to prove the innocence of his line and restore it to honor. He speaks with an upper class Oxford British accent, and is establishing a reputation for dealing fairly and even-handedly with others. The pack he has acquired, and in which he butts heads constantly over the leadership with their Fianna Theurge, is an odd collection of misfits and outsiders, the sort you'd not expect to be around him if not for the recent disgrace of his House. Despite that, his lineage is one both known and respected, among Garou and humans alike for different reasons. Well-mannered, well-schooled, polite but firm, he is always on the move, rarely standing still. The staff he carries he openly claims to be the Staff of the Grand Falconer, and a few perhaps have seen him use this fetish to call and speak with members of Falcon's brood. He is known to have a few connections to the local high society scene, and at least a modest income despite no visible means of support, hinting at an inheritance or businesses in England. He also claims descent from the "true" originator of Shakespeare's works, Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford, whose great great grand-daughter (and daughter of the 20th and last Earl of Oxford) married the founder of his line, Charles Beaclerc, illegitimate son of King Charles II, first Duke of St. Albans, Earl of Buford, Baron of Heddington, Chief Ranger of Enfield Chace, Hereditary Registrar of the Court of Chancery, Hereditary Grand Falconer of Great Britain, Colonel in the 8th regiment of horse, and Galliard of the Silver Fangs. Julian is the son of William Osborne de Vere Beauclerk, Silver Fang Ahroun and second son of the current and fourteenth Duke (born in 1939). The title of Hereditary Grand Falconer remains with the line, and his line is well known both in Garou society and human gentry circles, for different reasons, naturally. The first Duke of St. Albans, the progenitor of his current line and one of the many illegitimate sons of King Charles II, is a famous Galliard.
