Human Appearance: Five-eightish with long red/gold hair and jade green eyes. About two hundred even. She has several scars that can be seen at any given moment. For the last four to five months she has been seen in shorts and tank tops or skirts- anything easy to get in and out of. Lately she has been seen wearing business suits. There is at least one fire arm on her at all times. She often wears greens and tartens to offset the unrelieved black of the outfit. Rhiannon is often seen either chewing on or actually smoking a distictive pipe when she is thinking or upset. Said pipe is carved with a wolf's head on the bowl.
 

Scars seen: Well, as she always strips to Change at Moots etc... She has what looks to be teeth marks in her left thigh; a cresent shaped scar on her right shoulder; five that look to have been from bullets in her back one in her upper left breast; three scars that look as if someone slashed a hand across her back; and a long one running from just above her groin around her left hip that ends halfway to her behind.
 

Lupus Appearance: She looks like a large Irish Wolfhound/wolf mixture. After a bit of trouble in DC she also is known to have her kinfolk groom her to look more Wolfhound. Granted, that doesn't always help matters.
 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Rhiannon was born in Chicago twenty-eight years ago. As a child Rhiannon was often seen in the company of her father, Doyle "Singer of All Things, The Karaoke God of Drunkards" and when she moved back to Chicago, Doyle helped intergrate her into the City Garou life. She has been lately in Washington DC. She returned two years ago after her first Change to recover from an op gone bad. She returned to DC (Hey, ya go when the boss tells you to go) only to be relocated back. She moved back into her father's home while she bought a home outside of Harvard. Rhiannon was shot, yet again, three months ago, further upseting her previous wounds and is to return to the FBI by June 25 to take back her role as an attached cult consultant. She is known to some Garou as No Shit, as her first pack named her this. Rhiannon comes off as very cold at times and has a cynical bent to her humor.

After the death of the Metis Ragabash Dark Side of the Moon, the members of the Hoo started having almost continuous friction.  Both with the other members of the Sept, with the Murderer of Darkside, his father, as well as from within.  During this time Nisos won the position of Pack Alpha, Moon Glow attacked the Incarna spirit of the Fianna totem spirit Stagg, and Sally Sings for Food's tales of the Cowardly murder of their former packmate caused the Pack to become infamous.

"I have left the Hoo under my own accord and for my own reasoning. I spent several long and hard years trying to rein in who and what I am. I have said "Wait" when I wanted to lead the charge. I have cautioned "Think" when inside I was screaming "React". Everytime I did so, a piece of me died. I cut myself off from one of the things that makes me Fianna: my passion. Stag, the Tribal Totem of the Fianna, was insulted by a Galliard. A Galliard. That caste owes much to the tribe of Fianna, the ancestors of the Fianna who came up with and blessed the Garou with High Speech; who told the stories first. Stag also holds something for me that is equally important: I am a Priestess, and Stag is an enbodiment of the Horned God. When I am acting in my role as such amoung humans, he is my Consort- or at least the Priest representing him is.
